Its not the pc, its just the game likes to do massive lag spikes randomly.

Android games have a file called androidmanifest.xml but that is a folder, i dont know what it is.

Did you try opening it to see what is inside?

And it could be a android port in progress, though it seems unlikely though, as due to it being a folder, it is probably some lasagna code for the game to read and make the game work, we never know.
